My volunteer story

I joined Citizens Advice at a point in my life when I was unsure of what direction I wanted to go in. 

I was welcomed in to a very supportive organisation and received outstanding training  which has helped me to help others.   

Every day is different and it is extremely rewarding knowing that you are making a difference to the lives of those who are experiencing difficulties or challenges in their lives. 

I have also personally benefited as this voluntary experience will greatly improve my employment opportunities and act as a springboard for my future career.
