Administration Worker
Role Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the Debt Advice Team and wider organisation, including handling queries from clients and referral partners. The role also work directly with clients, interviewing clients using sensitive listening and effective questioning to understand their needs.
This role may involve working at any of our local offices and occasionally outside normal office hours. Pay is pro rata, and the days and times worked are negotiable.
You will need to have previous experience of working/volunteering in an admin role as part of a team
Salary: £11,579 (£23,158 FTE)
Hours : 17.5 hours
Annual Leave: 28 days plus Bank Holidays (part time pro-rata)
Location: Southport, Sefton, Merseyside
Pension: 7% (If you pay at least 1% salary contribution into the stakeholder scheme we will top this up to the required 8%)
